Chris Madden

Co-Owner, President

Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson as well as a Licensed Loan Officer. He resides in Syracuse, NY with his wife Alex and their dog Hugo. When he is not working, Chris spends time golfing and spending time with his family.

Barry Peck

Co-Owner, Chief Financial Officer

From 1993-2003 Barry served as the CFO of Longley Jones Management, a full service real estate company with properties throughout New York state. After his time at Longley Jones, he served as Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties as well as Chief Operating Officer of HUNT Insurance Group. In addition to serving as the CFO of Portico Property Management, he is a business consultant and CPA for various businesses throughout Central New York.

Conor James

Co-Owner, Vice President of Property Management

Conor has several years of experience in property management serving as a property manager for over 20 buildings and over 130 units. He is well versed in tenant relations, reducing delinquency and increasing NOI. Throughout his career, he has maintained an occupancy rate of 97-100% and enforces community policies.
